How does YQBuddy work?
YQBuddy connects you to trained Buddies who wait in line for you. Simply use the app to request a Buddy when you know you’ll be stuck waiting — whether it’s at a government office, a busy store, healthcare department, transport hubs or an event. Buddies receive your request, head to your location, and track the wait in real-time via GPS!
What if my Buddy is late or doesn't show up?
We understand that plans can change! If your Buddy is running late or doesn’t arrive, you can easily cancel the request through the app and receive a refund on your fee. We want to make your experience as smooth as possible!
Do I need to set up an account to use YQBuddy?
Yes, you'll need to create an account to use YQBuddy. This allows us to manage your requests, track your Buddies, and ensure a seamless experience. Plus, you’ll have access to all your past requests and payments.
Are there any fees for using the service?
Set your price and skip the wait. Name what you can afford, and a nearby Buddy will accept your request so you get the help you need without the stress.
How do you select Buddies?
Our Buddies are carefully vetted based on reliability and professionalism. They are paid to stand in line and make your waiting experience more enjoyable. All Buddies have GPS-enabled tracking to ensure you're connected with them during the wait.
